The Menternship was created to personally and professionally develop Black and Brown young women by connecting untapped talent to leading companies in entertainment, media, sports, and fashion. We've canceled 2020 programming due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but our mission is uninterrupted. We will be hosting a virtual personal and professional development series the week of July 13th aimed at equipping and empowering Black and Brown young women to boldly pursue careers in high-influence business markets, while simultaneously attending to the development of their character.  We are absolutely thrilled to announce our 2020 Series speakers:

Actress and advocate Storm Reid, Actress Meagan Good, and Creative Director for The Lip Bar Rosco Spears.

Here's how it works!

Three Events: Each of our amazing guest speakers will have their own, personal event optimized for connection development. Events are one hour long.

Fifteen attendees per event: Unlike other virtual events, space will be limited in each workshop to ensure our attendees have an intimate virtual experience like no other! Applications are open now on our Instagram tab highlight @thementernship.

Agenda: In each session, our founder will host a candid, honest conversation with our featured guests, highlighting their unique expertise and journey in their industry!  The session will conclude with a mini-workshop with attendees, followed by an open Q&A.
